The menu
Activities are priced separately, based on what you choose. Mix them freely, one for the afternoon, one for the evening.
Available all year
A city game through the old town. Teams of four to six solve tasks from Tartini Square through the back lanes up to the medieval wall. Fastest team with the most points wins.
The story of the town most visitors never hear. Salt, Venice, Tartini, and the wall with the view over the bay. A soft opening for day one.
A bartender teaches the team three cocktails, then teams build their own with local Istrian ingredients and get judged on taste and looks. The evening programme that actually gets people talking.
A host, teams, several rounds. One round on Piran and Istria, one round on your own company, which is always the one people remember.
An afternoon at a family cellar in the hills behind the coast. Malvazija, refošk, olive oil and food that comes out of the same kitchen it always has. Transport included.
Morning practice on the hotel terrace above the rooftops of Piran, before the working day starts. All levels, no experience needed. Indoors in bad weather.
On the water, in May, June and September
Out of Piran harbour by day or at sunset, aperitivo on board and a swim stop if you want one.
A guided paddle along the coast under the Piran town wall. Boards, guide and briefing included, no experience needed.

Distributed teams that meet two or three times a year usually book three to five days instead. We are happy to build that.
The practical part
The final price depends on the season, the size of the group and your choices on dinner and drinks. Activities are quoted separately. We come back with a full proposal within one working day.
When
Pick the one that fits your calendar.
The town is empty and your team effectively has the old centre to itself. Piran is often in the sun while inland Slovenia sits under fog. Rates are at their lowest point of the year.
Warm sea, long evenings, and the town not yet at peak season. This is when the boat trip and the paddle sessions run.
We have hosted company offsites for ASTRA AI, Lek and other teams working out of Ljubljana.
Questions
We organise the whole thing. You pick from the menu, we handle delivery, timing and coordination. You get one proposal and one schedule.
The meeting room seats up to 50 and the hotel has 50 rooms. It works best for teams of 15 to 50. A team of 30 effectively takes over the hotel off season.
All year except July and August. October to April the town is empty and rates are lowest. May, June and September are warm and the sea activities run.
Every outdoor activity has an indoor alternative in the meeting room. The programme runs either way.
Under two hours by road from Ljubljana, around two from Trieste, about two and a half from Venice. Trieste and Ljubljana are the nearest airports. Piran is car free, so you park at Fornače and take the shuttle or walk fifteen minutes along the sea.
Yes. Ground floor room of around 96 square metres with natural daylight, projector and screen, wifi throughout the hotel, and layouts that suit workshops as well as presentations.
